A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Benton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy notice and terms control its processing.
If you send an email or other direct message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share message content beyond the organization unless the reply requires a service provider or disclosure is legally required.
