Purpose of the Site

Benton County Released Inmates is a private reference that points visitors toward jail, release, court, correction, supervision, and federal record resources in Benton County and Tennessee. It stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, file a request, or act for an agency. Some pages connect visitors with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person or the service.

• Do not break any law through the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.

No Consumer Reports

Benton County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site content or linked results for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection or any housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Services

Links may lead to Benton County offices, TDOC, courts, legal-aid resources, federal locators, records governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, uptime, accuracy, pricing, or data handling. Review its own terms before use.

No Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:

Custody data and public records can change without notice. Nothing on the site is an official statement from the Benton County Sheriff, TDOC, a court, or another government office.

Access May End

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice. This right does not limit any other remedy available for misuse.

Tennessee Governing Law

Tennessee law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
